Affordable Housing

The vision of the Kidbrooke Partnership is to create a range of well designed homes of mixed tenure and type that will meet the needs and aspirations of existing and new residents. Across all phases the tenures will be 'tenure-blind' to aid the creation of a sustainable community in the longer term. The tenure mix across the development will include affordable rented, shared ownership, intermediate rent, and private sale. The affordable and intermediate housing will be rented and leased by Southern Housing Group and ASRA.

In environmental terms the impact on climate change will be reduced, construction will be sustainable and the local environment will protected and enhance. In economic terms there will be more social inclusion and cohesion as well as the creation of the jobs during and after construction.
