Phase 2 was granted detailed planning consent in March 2010. This phase is on the south western section of the masterplan, sitting directly north of Weigall Road.

Construction is expected to start in winter 2010 and will deliver a further 459 homes made up of 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
