Phase 2A was also granted planning consent in March 2010. The phase is located in the north east corner of the masterplan, lying adjacent to Holy Family Primary School and Meadows House.

Construction is expected to being later in 2010 and will deliver 115 homes, of which 63 are 3 & 4 bedroom houses and 52 are 1, 2 & 3 bedroom flats.
