Regeneration today is about people, places and communities. It's about ensuring we create sustainable spaces where people want to live and work.
We believe that regeneration is a combination of many things, High quality architecture, Public Spaces, investment in services, infrastructure, culture and a mixture of tenures and uses in these areas that make them a successful and vibrant place to live.
At Kidbrooke Village, we have the opportunity to bring all these elements together, using our expertise in regeneration in conjunction with the experience and support of our key stakeholders the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the GLA.
Your Views Matter
Following extensive consultation with the community, Berkeley Homes has submitted planning applications for the remaining phases of Kidbrooke Village.
The proposals will deliver:
- A village centre for Kidbrooke
- A bigger supermarket
- New shops, cafes and restaurants
- More community space
- A new train station
- Better local bus links
- A bigger Wingfield School and a crèche
- A new park, with leisure and sport facilities
- Family housing
- Homes for first time buyers
- More senior living homes
- More jobs for local people
If you would like to see these benefits come forward, now is your chance to tell the Royal Borough of Greenwich Council.
